Madrid, 23 oct (EFECOM).- La actual subsecretaria de Fomento, Encarnación Vivanco, se perfila como nueva presidenta de Aeropuertos Españoles y Navegación Aérea (AENA), indicaron hoy a Efe fuentes del sector.
Vivanco cuyo nombramiento, según las mismas fuentes, puede ir mañana al Consejo de Ministros, sustituye en el cargo a Manuel Azuaga quien abandonó el puesto en julio por motivos familiares.
La nueva presidenta nació el 4 de mayo de 1948 en Madrid, es licenciada en Ciencias Empresariales y Actuariales de Seguros por la Universidad Complutense de Madrid y pertenece al cuerpo Superior de Inspectores de Hacienda del Estado.
Ha desempeñado entre otras labores las de Jefe de Equipo de la Oficina Nacional de Inspección dependiente de la Agencia Estatal de Administración Tributaria - Ministerio de Hacienda - con competencia en investigación y comprobación de grandes empresas, sector financiero. (1989 - 1994 y 1996 hasta la actualidad) También ha trabajado de Inspector Jefe de la Oficina Nacional de Inspección (1994 - 1996) y de representante de la AEAT ante la Administración Tributaria Venezolana, impartiendo cursos y elaborando Manual de Auditoria Fiscal del Sector Financiero y Asegurador en Caracas (2001).
Ha sido miembro de la Comisión Interministerial creada en el seno del Ministerio de Hacienda en 1993 para el "Estudio y Prevención del Fraude Fiscal en España" (1993-1994) En la actualidad se había hecho cargo de AENA, de forma temporal, el director de Aeropuertos Españoles, Javier Marín.
